For over 30 years, Woody has been actively involved in real estate development and has managed the successful completion of more than 80 communities consisting of over 3,000 acres and almost 20,000 quality homes.
He was the Master developer of West Village which was recognized as The Development of Excellence by both the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and the Livable Communities Coalition (LCC).
Woody has vast experience in construction, engineering, and management; and holds a Master’s of Science in Management and Ira H Hardin Fellowship in Construction Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
He is a registered Professional Engineer and past Chairman of the Council for Quality Growth Currently, past President of the Georgia Association of Conservation Districts and past Chairman of the Cobb County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Woody has been an active member of Atlanta’s real estate community since 1984 and was a partner of the Pacific Group for 15 years before establishing Lynwood.

Fred has over 10 years of construction and development experience responsible for completing all facets of development including land planning, rezoning, engineering, construction management and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Lynwood, Fred served as the Senior Preconstruction Manager for Landmark Properties and was involved with the successful completion of over $1.5B worth of student housing projects consisting of more than 13,000 beds. He also gained valuable experience working as a Development Manager and a Preconstruction Manager for a nationwide multifamily developer and a turnkey concrete subcontractor, as well as a geotechnical engineering consultant.
Fred graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states including Georgia, Florida and Michigan.
